Hi Harry
Here's hoping that team 1 will summit and most importantly get down safely. I am deeply saddened to hear that there have been so many deaths so far this season. As so many of us are drawn to Everest's power, mystique, beauty and challenge; she is also daunting, relentless and can show no mercy. I am wishing for everyone to be able to get back home safe and sound. (Hopefully with a summit under their "belt".
)
Thomas...get rid of that sore throat!!! That's not a "good" thing! Sending you good thoughts, Thomas.
Cheers - MC
p.s. I had given Dale a 25% chance. Good for him if he indeed did summit!

Just a quick update: 4 members have come down: Petter Kragset, Johnny Brevik, Frode & David Lien have safely arrived back in ABC and will go home. They felt not strong enough to push further than 7700m camp, so they are alive and well, which is the most important thing right now.
Team B will leave tomorrow for NC and up!!!
Cheers,
Harry

Hi everybody,
I send you all the engergy I can spare..for a succesful and safe return from the summit. I hope you are able to give us these short updates from time to time. It is all so exciting, even from where I am sitting in my armchair..
Reading the updates from the Norwegians and Lorenzo as much as possible, next to yours ofcourse. If I understand well you will try to attempt to summit on monday 21st if the first group has returned? Are Milan and Kevin staying at NC as planned? Warm hugs for everybody...and a thousand kisses for my man.

Harry,
I have been glued to the internet. Darn it all, sad to hear that the norwegians and Dave have returned. Tell Dave I know how hard that decision is. Tell him Barbi was worried and thanks for helping her down the hill at Neylam.
Also tell all good luck for me. Tell Thomas to get his butt up there and return safely. You too.

Weather is still reasonable, so tomorrow we will go for it. Ths night team A will go for the summit, good luck and safe climb to all.
